This is super interesting. I'm 46 female, diagnosed (AuDHD) a couple years ago, this past year I've felt a real resurgence of energy and creativity and I really feel it's leading to innovation and good things in my day to day work. I feel I clearly think and do differently in comparison to so many people around me.

In some senses, it still gives me that feeling of alienation and misunderstanding, but now the I have and a better understanding of ND, I'm ok with it, and now it's helping me thrive...and give less f*cks.
